Why is the rules like this?? -apnp?? is the organizer even a dota player?? No banning of heroes and no picking?? What?? Nice tourney the only thing that is good to look at is the prize money… your tourney is for newbies… your tourney sucks…

It seems like you are using dota to gather a crowd into this expo. But this is by far the worst rules i have ever seen! Those rules are for newbies. Its an insult to the ones who are really serious about dota.
How did you even come up with those rules? Did you even ask the people who play dota? Seems like you didn’t even gather enough information regarding this matter.
one more thing ‘yer turney socks’

IT Expo 2008 aims to highlight the capabilities of local IT companies and showcase local IT talent (copied this from your ‘An Invitation to IT Expo 2008′)
You are referring to this as ‘the biggest IT event of the year in our university town. Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry in cooperation with the Negros Oriental ICT Council and the Negros Oriental Investment Promotion Center’. You even have the organizers names in ‘bold’.
How can you possibly show off your so called ‘capabilities’ and ’showcase’ your talents when you cannot even organize a dota tournament right. Like WTF, who made the freakin’ rules? You should have hired someone or ask the people who take dota seriously before making up your own rules.
One more thing, having been organized by ones said above…couldn’t you even provide the computers necessary to run a simple dota tournament?
This is the 1st time ive ever heard of a dota tournament that requires a player to bring one’s own computer

We dont really care what you say, if you cant stand the rules then dont join the tournament, we have the right to make our own rules for the tournament and we dont need consultants or pro players, DotA is for fun not for a living, so if you cant play stand the rules then dont join its as easy as that, we already have your IP addresses and we know who you are.

Also don’t waste your time going to register since your names are already on the ban list. we will even be refunding registrations to a certain team thats been posting bad comments here.
If you find our tournament is for newbies then its your call, there are lots of newbies who want to join the LAN party just to have fun we dont care if your a pro or a noob, its just a computer game.
