ask lang ko, where is the criteria for website design contest..paano i submit? screen design lang ba o yung file ang i submit? kasi some files won’t work kung a certain program is not installed in a pc..i suggest screen design nalang na may caption at discussion which is also in jpg.gif or png format..saka na lang bigay ang actual file if a winner is declared already..what do you think?
    thanks
