The need for a website

DTI’s dumagueteunitown.com  site showcases the colleges and universities but does not fully reflect the ICT Council’s objectives and purpose for being.  The new website, therefore, is targeted to a mostly professional audience mirroring the Council’s members, yet should still be cool enough for the mostly college-age audience of dumagueteunitown.com, as well as serve as a tool for government planners and decision makers.
