Colegio de Santa Catalina de Alejandria (COSCA) just recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Silliman University regarding the use of the latter's modern library facilities.
In order to foster goodwill and to encourage research and academic pursuits within the community, SU has opened its library collection at the Silliman University Main Library to COSCA for its faculty, tertiary and graduate students to be used. COSCA, however, is bound to strictly observe SU Main Library's rules, policies and conditions stipulated clearly in the agreement.
Rev. Fr. Enrique N. Balongag, COSCA President, signed the MOA for COSCA while SU President Dr. Ben S. Malayang III, represented Silliman University.
